I dont want to pig out but I may have another banana. Two bananas , coffees without much milk and a small plate of pasta. Sounds pretty healthy and modest to me. This is what I ate in my whole day, but tonight, at 10H30pm. I LOVE fasting this way. The fact that I allow myself sips of ginger ale and coffees black mostly is a way easier edge than nyungne. It suits me fine this way of fasting. I also smoke cigarettes.

To each according to their capacity, as long as the effort is real and genuine and mindful. It feels good this slight hunger. I am quite used to it.
