Floppy, also immortalized in one of my fiction with Jasper, Jerry and Hank, all poud dogs I know.
Floppy is waiting for a cousin of his to come by and fall for him. I really dont know how eternal his skin condition will be. To me, he seems like the typical dude who was neglected though he had food and shelter. i foresee a happy tail for him but much more publicity must be made about him.
