Billy is quite fierce with the neighbor cutting his side of a wisteria next to our fence. I hope we can nip his newly forming bad habits in the bud (growling and barking fiercely at the neighbour who is working outside in his yard). 

He only ate 2 cups of food today, not even, and ate at 2pm, his first meal. After some encouragement. He no longer eats in the early (8am) morning. He waits until after noon. And eats his dinner at around 5-8 pm.
