I really thought I was quite gifted. But no one else thinks so. It was so absorbing and wonderful to write so much in the last 12 years. I wonder why it was so good for me to think i would be read in 200 years finally....Vindication. Proof that I was not wrong: I had talent. 

This imagined celebrity posthumously brought me much comfort I must admit. Because I have known no success because of my illness. I really thought I was gifted.
