I dont seem to need melatonine anymore or these days anyway. To me, these little minty pills really work 30 minutes after having taken them. I sleep like a baby with two.
Laundry is going. I got up at 8am, really late. Billy was next to me on the bed. How we love each other! We are all very affectionate with billy. I think it is a pretty kick ass dog life!
