This morning I saw him.  Yesterday was aweful. I pulled open the living room curtains. They had been closed for a while yesterday. It is what it is. certainly not super fun truly. But I enjoy how much meditation i am now doing daily. That is the best practice God could send. I dont know what will happen with my eps cramp. They come for a while sometimes, then go.
