Its been a couple of weeks at least since I made one. Zucchinis, red peppers, onions, thyme and cheddar cheese extra old (one cup). I used only two eggs and a cup of cream. The crust is cooking right now and everything is ready to fill it up. Matthew mentionned, the other day in the park, that he loves quiche, and reminded us all of the importance of a well cooked crust. Hubby is out walking the mutts and should be back in the next hour.
