I am listening to choir music of Christmas on the radio. I have a headache though I took a tylenol for my knee. I am a bit morose, couch ridden as I am. The radio is good company. I had a hot hot bath. Boy, what a headache! Hubby did not go to work in the end: he had a shower and went to walk the dogs and  buy ink cartridges for the printer. 

I went on the sidewalk, in the sunlight for about 5-10 minutes.
