Bad smoking habit

In the last two days, I wake up and smoke 5 smokes in the first hour then only 5 for the next 6 hours. It is a true smoker's (heavy smoker at that) habit. I should decrease to keeping it to two cigs an hour max even when I wake up. I really still want anohter 6th smoke now. Sigh. I am a super heavy smoker and have been for at least a decade.
