Yay! Its been close to 10 days by now. Not too hard most of the time. The real problem is cigarettes. I smoked about close to 4 packs last night and yesterday during the day. I am worried about a stroke, for good reasons I think. maybe once I start yoga it will help? And if I drank more tea than coffee?

I feel so cozy today. Life IS good. I am in love with it. A friend from Montreal just emailed me. How happy that made me as he had been so busy he had been silent for weeks. His health is good and he has managed to stay off sugar like he wanted and junk food for 4 months. Yay!
