We went to buy a bottle of bubble, yellow tail rosé. I am drinking that instead of smoking weed on Friday night. I am still listening to many of Rinpoche's videos. They are  very very good. What clear insight he has into psychology! It is fabulous. 

I am so in love wiht hubby today. And most days. I am infinitely blessed he is still in my life and I am still in his. Next step: make friends I don't scare away with my nutty emails....
