I had a bath. As usual, it felt amazing. Very hot bath with bubbles. I stay there for about 10 minutes. I am still thinking about my dad who lied to me  about sister being at her home when she was in Greece and he knew it. Bad taste in my mind. They are really really pathetic in how they hate me and mistrust me. It's always been this way. It drove me nuts as a child.

I will make an effort to smoke less cigarettes today and eat better and more. I am making my first coffee at home of the day.
