Clarinet is playing on the radio, CBC Music. Hubby is having a nice time down under. I am so glad he is there. I needed a break too I think. A bit less 24-7 dedication to him and his moods is God sent. 

I just want to meditate and get stone today. Really wasted and transcendental. I pray almost continuously or meditate today. It is an amazing feeling truly. Time alone with God. Pure silence of my mind.
