Mostly sober day today so far. I may go buy cider since it is Friday (once  a week). I have received many photos from family today: my parents are in Spain and my sister is camping in Big Bend in Texas (it is astoundingly beautiful, she sent me pics).  I was much like them when I was younger in terms of lifestyle: hiking, sportive, camping, did not smoke pot before I was 30. But my life became very violent in 2006 and I have been ptsd to the wazoo ever since, and pot helps.
