My good friend on the late side of things who lives in Ontario, in cottage country, sent me a nice long email. They often have power outages in their little house in the countryside. And many visitors (family of her indian hubby: sister in law and 4 kids I think). She works hard and life, a normal family life, seems so hard to maintain. She is tired but I am sure everyone else is doing great!
Mood is great despite the wounded knee and limited mobility. My sister mixed up her order and sent us her own order for herself of David's tea. so we will have a huge box of tea for Noel that was not meant for us: she told me to drink it to their health! Cool, eh?
My parents are doing very well. Easy day for them but they are now very social after the time off social visits of covid. Once or twice a week, during the holidays, they have lunches with friends at their home or in restaurants. I think that is pretty neat.
