I love these very early mornings since I hurt my knee.  I now go to bed at 5 or 6pm, exhausted by the pain, and wake up 10 hours later! So very very early, like a nun's schedule! ah ah! Except for bedtime.

Things are great and I look forward to seeing my GP. Its been since July or August last time...I will ask him today if he reads any of my fiction I sent here and there? Probably not, and I am a bit too eager for a readership I think. 

We watched videos on Betty Davies, the 70s black outrageous and ahead of her time singer. She was awesome. She passed away in the last couple of years. That's when I discovered her music. Amazing!
