by far my most favourite fruits. I am thinking of making a pavlova tomorrow. but I have to remember the recipe by heart it looks like. 

Pavlova from the Lavigne 

(not sure of the recipe- by memory)

3 beaten whites

2 third cup of sugar or 3 quarter cup

1 teaspoon of vinegar

beat the egg whites until peaks form, stiff

add sugar and vinegar and fold in beaten eggs

put as a circle on a aluminum foil sheet cut 9 inches diameter.

cook 300-325 F for 30 minutes

turn off oven and leave in for anohter 30 minutes

whip the cream to spread on meringue cooled a bit and decorate with fruits (berries and clementines are best and we like kiwi fruits slices)
