I forgot to add the salt.... And dont have the recipe with me so it is by heart...it looks rather flat so far but it is still cooking. I wonder if no salt made any difference to consistency? I have to go buy whipping cream at the shop later, once it will be out of the oven. Hubby gets back at around 8pm. 

I cleaned his bed sheets and made his bed. Tomorrow, I will clean the loo upstairs...

UPDATE

BJG came home, ate dinner and pavlova. Had a shower and put on his pj fresh warm from the dryer. The pavlova was the best I made since last year i think.  Yay!
