I dont know why but my GP is ignoring my three requests this week for sleeping pills....without pot, i just cant fall asleep. Though it may be my synthroid I have resumed this week. 

I am exhausted but cant sleep. Relaxing in my bed was resting though. I will go back soon. I have had terrible nightmares recently, something I never have usually. It might very well be the synthroid.
