I have smoked already about 32 cigarettes in 13 hours. Its not great but I only did a tiny effort all day. I go for more walks nowadays too since the weather is splendid. Tomorrow is my meeting with my GP. I have to get blood requests for me and hubby, have my breast examined and get my injection. Next meeting should be in a month if all goes well.
