Hubby took two naps of about an hour each today. He goes to bed too late at night and gets up at 5:30am.  I am holding the fort while everyone is passed out. Even the cat went to snooze I think. The day seems cloudy still with airplanes crossing the clouds and skies. I wonder what I will do next? I could go for a walk at 3pm with everyone, when hubby wants me to wake him up. I bought only one pack of smokes today. Lets make it last until I wake up tomorrow! the day is a very good one for smoking way less cigarettes (about 15 cigarettes in 9 hours). That is unheard of in the last little while. And it is not unfeasible nor excruciating exactly. 

I sent a mental health update to my GP and he replied this time, which he usually does not do. 'Thanks for the update!' is all he said. But it was nice he bothered to answer this last email.
