The downstairs is silent. No radio nor music. I am high but I should not be. The last roach was unecessary and just made my head spin. The hope was it would tuck me to sleep soon enough. Maybe it will work. i am just waiting for 9pm to have another smoke and then I will probably go to bed. I have to wash the lamp in the kitchen tomorrow and wash my bedsheets. I only did hubby's today.
