There has to be a big truck nearby, it is super noisy. Not yet quite 8am. I am in good terms with my GP, since my emails have been sane to him only in the last month. We are waiting on blood tests results for hubby. 

I am not clear on what to do today to avoid cigarettes. The weather is just okay. No rain so far but maybe rain later soon enough.
