Billy is panting really heavily. I wonder how he will feel in any heat wave like we always get them now in BC this summer (40 degree celsius). I am drinking tea. It is very astringent i have always found, especially this green tea. 

I feel so loved today! it is a wonderful feeling. The sun too is shining. I have not done much today but enjoy the sun. No cooking. maybe I will whip up something rather for dinner. Otherwise, it will be sandwiches.

The sun is very hot on the couch. Songs of the Bardo is playing but I am distracted and not really hearing it properly this afternoon. Tomorrow is injection day. At home. And I go for a mammogram. It should take no more than 15 minutes. I better go. I am of age for such test here and there. Choegyal is singing divinely right now in the kitchen.
