i am smoking a tiny bit less today but want to get into the habit of smoking 1-2 cigarettes every three hours only.  For some obscure reason that just shows what an addict I am, it is super difficult! Why have I come to depend so much on that poison in my muscle memory, in my body? I so LOVE smoking cigarettes! It is wild how much I enjoy it and to what extent. I have to practice moderation. There is no good sense in which two packs a day is reasonable in any way.Health wise, teeth wise, financially wise etc.
