Everything card wise and book wise has been mailed this week. I love going to the post office next door to mail things. I am listening to Tenzin Choegyal and Laurie Anderson. The neighbour has a super extra noisy vacuum cleaner he is using outside my deck. So it is to live in the suburb. 

I am at loose ends today. I have to wake up hubby in 15 minutes. I feel like going to Port Moody again today. The bakeries on Clark street are all fabulous. I also want to buy some nice canned cat food for tuntum at the pet shop soon. She seems in great shape but she is off her food in the last week. She is 13 or 14.

I have just injected. The usual dose at 45mg. I am not thinking of lowering it at all yet for a long long while if ever.
