The patio door is open. For fresh air. Heat turned off. I feel in a cloud today. I drank a bit last night (5 ciders). And I have opened a bottle of wine today, at 11am. I am in a lush two days period. very much overindulgence.  But it feels pretty good! Lol.

i have started reading Mingyur Rinpoche'S book again. I am at the 7 points posture, about 50 pages in. His book In Love with the world was so excellent! I enjoyed every bit of it. 

UPDATE

I feel like the caterpillar in alice in wonderland, smoking my sheesha or cigarettes. 

This home is such a nice cozy nest. The world is going on out there , cars passing by on our street, at full speed, and I am chilled at home, listening to it all from my couch, glass of wine and cigarette in hand. Today is a luscious day. I don't remember the last one I had. Around Noel maybe. Though we drank little this past Christmas.
