Hubby ate pakoras.

I may make an onion soup. They are so tasty. And we bught everything to make it. Even sherry dry white wine cheap!

UPDATE

BJG took both mutts to their evening poop walk. I stayed and I am cooking onion soup...we even have, luxuriously, gruyere this time! (I sometimes make it with ementhal to cut costs).  Tonight we can have the full on real recipe of Ducastaing onion soup by Chef Conil. Yum! Only yeast is missing. For an extra kick.

The day is beautiful today. Few last days where the heat is still nice and not too hot like what is coming tomorrow or this week end.

I am eating gruyere! God that is a good cheese indeed! 8$ of cheese per 6 servings. Not bad. The rest is onions, flour and much wine (I put 175ml instead of 125 ml like before).

Nature is singing still tonight, at 6pm. Time for yet another smoke (6pm, every 3 hours routine). I thank Buddha for guiding us on this life and path. In wisdom, compassion and hopefully kindness with each others and ourselves. May He always be there to guide us and give us consel and strength. Om mani peme hung Om mani peme hung Om mani peme hung
