The pavlova is cooking and instead of wasting the egg yolks like I did last week (9 egg yolks wasted!) I made creme brulée. So we will have many desserts tonight by 11pm. The creme brulée is setting in the fridge right now. We need more ramekins for more creme brulée (I had to throw away some liquid).
