What a late morning! That is very rare! I took a quarter of a sleeping pill last nigt though I most probably did not need it. It was late and I did not want to wait for sleep.Billy woke me up by bashing into the front door when they came back from their second walk! ah ah! He is so funny! He came in when I called him and jumped on my bed to find and chew his soft toy.

I feel nowadays a bit bad having smoked at the nunnery when I taught ESL. It is bad practice on nunnery grounds. But it is very hard to quit when requested. I could not have done it easily at all I dont think. Even in my abode I cant quit!
