I am sitting in front of the fan. Life is so good nowadays though hubby looks super tense today. Poor hubby. The heat also is tough on him though he is more endurant than me on that front. I am entering a moment of meditation right now. This gentle breeze brings me freedom and kindness so i will meditate. Amen.
