The deck has become dangerous at the front as the roof is coming apart from the house....I really want to have it looked at by builders and made safe if not completely renovated yet. 

UPDATE

I had a neighbour who did our fence have a  look at the deck and he says it is a small job. Not structural of the house. He wanted to do it but hubby did not want him he had told me before so I just asked for the number of a builder to my other nieghbour. Turns out the number she gave me is out of date I think. So I called our builders we usually use and the boss is coming tomorrow at 10am. I wish he did some work for us himself instead of his crew. His son in law I dont want to see here again: he works very average (mediocre) and does not take instructions from me seriously.
