My foot started hurting as soon as hubby got up to go. It is my foot mangled by a crazy vicious male big cop while I was feetcuffed and handcuffed, in february 2021. 

The pain had mostly gone after two years but it still hurts mysteriously here and there.

Laurie  Anderson's Songs of the bardo is playing.It is very trascendental and meditative. A tibetan sings and Laurie speaks. Many traditional instruments are used. Very pleasant and quite amazing in truth. I like it as much as I loved Lama Gyrume all year in 2021.
