I cooked it before hubby comes home. It has 35 minutes at 350 plus 5 minutes at broil to go. First part is under aluminum foil. Then you take it off to burn the cheese on top a bit. It is a satisfying meal, rather heavy. Hubby asked for it.

We can also make quiche and sexy fish stew this upcoming week. We should be good for general groceries for the next week. We also have turkey slices and lettuce and cheese and onions for good sandwiches. And I could also make a french onion soup by French chef Conil, la soupe ducastaing. And thai salad with carrots for an apetizer if I go buy coriander fresh.
