Taxes, dentist for an hour and counselor for 15 minutes. The counselor was in a hurry to hang up a bit but I kept him for a little longer on the line: I needed to talk. He is the best I have seen. Unlike most of them, he has things to say not just blank silence or prehash mundanity.
I may go get my teeth clean again in 5 months. It may save me from oral cancer after all! A good investment.
It is almost 5pm and the hood is vibrant and alive: kids, trucks, backing up trucks etc.
The sky was such an infinite blue and the light so bright I had to do a double take about what was around me: nothing seemed real suddenly for a second. Maybe more correctly, I just did not feel like I belonged to this hood. but I meditated in the light and enjoyed myself anyway under the infinite blue skies. It is a super noisy neighborhood because of traffic. But we have Mundy as a refuge from the noise, relatively speaking.
