89.3FM, Washington state university radio, is playing. Its reception has been good unsually for over a week. The sunshine is out today. I should go walk Billy. I spoke to the GP: my MRI is rebooked in june and huby has his bloodwork results out and GP wants to chat with him. Nothing new this Monday. Hubby is at work at the café. Mood is better than when I got up. 

I have had two or three coffees this morning in 2.5 hours. 

UPDATE

I had 8 cigarettes in less than 4 hours. Not so great this morning. I have to keep busy for the rest of the day. I went for a walk with Billy in Riverview. We did not see any bears . He chased a coyote this morning. He will die that way, crossing mariner. I wish hubby kept him on leash until they are inside the park, where coyotes dont cross roads....
