I am very glad I can listen to that cd. I have started praying again this week end. It feels good. i listen to Palmo's teachings today too. I love it. Hubby kindly bought us more potato salad since my last few meals have been failures. He says I threw away the shrooms stew too quickly (after two days). I dont know what to cook anymore. We have some baked spaghetti in the freezer. 

The moral teachings of Palmo are so very simply beautiful and truth. She says we should take responsibility for our speech. We should be careful what we say and what we listen to as well. Beware of mindless junk. I strongly believe in this.
