the good thing about his old nasty hood location in a superstore market was that drug addicts had easy access to him from the street. So I am sure he did a lot of good work with them, being right smack in their territory. 

The new location is totally hidden in a residential hood of quite big houses, off a big highway like street.  I think he went south again because he is brownish. His teeth I noticed today are PERFECT! How do people have such perfect teeth at his age! We chatted a bit very briefly and there is now sunshine in his exam rooms with windows- way way  nicer than last clinic.
