A relaxed afternoon. It is almost 17H00. I have just put on Tenzin Palmo's nunnery chod ceremony, cd 1. It is transcendental and meditative. i am remembering the school pool and smell of chlorine when I went for my swimming and later, diving lessons. The most pervasive feeling in my youth is loneliness. I did a lot, but I was ofetn alone doing things. I seem to think anyway. The feeling in first year university was overwhelming. All my high school friends had moved on to their new life and school. Amen for these years to be behind me. They were sadly very painful for me.

The chod is very nice.
