Well, we have all the ingredients and I am good at making them and they do taste very good. BJG went to run errands with Billy and I am waiting until the dessert is cooked, about an hour. I am so gourmand for a pavlova tonight. Too bad the kiwi fruits are far from ripe. I use them anyway. I may make a starwberry smoothie with the pavlova, just to overdo it a bit. I had a breakfast and two small pieces of chicken all day. It is 20H00. I am hungry. If I was a nun, my last meal would be at noon. Last meal of the day!
The pavlova is cooking in the oven turned off after half an hour at 325. After 30 minutes in the oven turned off, it is ready to cool down and add whipped cream and small fruits on top. I hope the foil does not stick to the meringue, just like last time, yesterday, when it was perfect. It is already 20H38, hubby is a bit late from his walk and errand with our small white dog Billy.
I have made the grocery list: hummus, milk, lettuce, pears if ripe, milk, pie crusts, fish oil, silky tofu, pita bread, bread 12 grains, kalamata olives, artichoke heart in a jar etc. I may go do a small grocery tonight down the road. I will use my biweekly money for it. Hubby is away right now anyway.
Today, many things got done. Even a mammogram. Classical, piano and strings is playing. I am so hungry. I wil go do a small gorcs as soon as the pavlova is cooked.
