The noise has stopped, and all is well. I think BJG is asleep. I have not been very bursy today. Just two walks and an errand (going to get my sample for the 10 booklets). The booklet is a bit big (6 x9) but it is okay. Nicer format for the pictures inside to be seen. It is 100% humidity today and it rained all morning. I wonder if I should go get cider again for tonight...It helps me sleep without sleeping pills...That's why I do it this week. I got a quick hello from my big sister who is coming back from a hiking trip on a remote wild life (ocean birds) island of quebec tomorrow. She says it is also very humid where they are today. 

All is well today. A very peaceful day that started in a great way: being waken up by my Billy darling boy just before 7am!
