I have not smoked for 3 hours. Not a problem at all this morning. I am delaying going to buy more smokes. They are so bloody crazy expensive: 17$ a pack! And on bad days I smoke 2 a day!

We got no mail today that was nice. Just flyers and ads. The mailman runs literally from one house to the other. The mailmans did not use to have to run: now they must all do it, new policies I suppose. Since the major cut backs at Canada Post. Canada Post is pretty bad and too slow across the country since the cuts about 10 years ago. I have a friend who is a mailman in Montreal. I dont know if he has to run like they all do here out West.
