The Hett creek baker is my all time favourite holy bread at the coquitlam market. This guy is simple and modest as a holy man whom only provides two kinds of bread, all sourdough and one only with rye too (my favorite). Yes each bread is 12$. But he is not selling to poor people and he knows it. This poor man himself in many ways has the most experience as a baker of all the tri city makers of bread in markets I have seen. I recommend anyone who speaks german goes to try his break on sundays at coquitlam market. It is hard to be an immigrant people in Canada where you know no one famous or friendly for you.
