We are far from fun food.
Ementhal is the beter cheese instead of feta but we dont have any.
And we dont have mushrooms which are divine emnethal, bacon, onion quiche with it.
So, a bit of a weird recipe that will never make it in reputable cookbook: feta, bacon and onion quiche with 35% cream mized with water and three eggs. Ementhal is really better than feta with bacon.
* Thank goodness: i found swiss gruyere so used that instead of the doubtful feta mix with bacon. Put half of a huge onion and two slices of bacon cooked first for two minutes (just over) in microwave and chopped into cubes. About a cup of gruyere, three medium eggs and 35% cream with some water added to it to make a cup. Pepper in the liquid and mace. Plus salt once it is assembled. Guyere both inside the quiche and on top. 375 F for about 40 minutes.
