The moral is good and the mental state is a bit sleepy and exhausted. It is already the week end soon. We got our cigarettes today. We still have over a whole carton left. I have cut down quite a bit my smoking of cigarettes and everything truly.

The music is very loud in the kitchen but the door is closed. The breeze seems to have picked up outside in the yard. Reggae got soul. I said Reggae got soul for the young and old. sings Toots.

I bought a bento box with sushi and tempura and miso soup today. Hubby ate quite a bit of it. the teriyaki tofu was ultra soft so he could eat that. And the yam tempura. We ate it at a pic nic table in Mundy on hillcrest entrance road. We were under gigantic pine trees. Lovely. The day is nice and sunny and just cool enough for a sweater. A favourite time of year. We may go celebrate the equinoxe tomorrow.
