I feel surrounded today: birds, music, man, dogs, cat...

I listened to pujas for about an hour this morning. The Kalanchoe was broken at one huge stem from watering it with the hose. The pot had very little dirt it turns out so I added a ton. I may save my branch of kalanchoe in the end: I hope!

I feel like bringing my acquaintance from 2.5 years ago to the market. Rosie is her name. I am so glad she finally found a place , safe and pretty and clean and quiet, to live in. For about two years there, she had no fixed address. She is unealthy and in her mid fifties. now she can at last take good care of herself since she has a safe roof with loads of other middle aged women. I should give her  a call. We have not chatted since beginning may 2023. We gave her money a couple of times and a few packs of cigarettes. I also sent flowers at every one of her surgeries and or hospitalizations in the last two years (she had two or three).She gave me many cigarettes when we were both in hospital in February 2021.
