Darn. The last one lasted a week! It is so very the utter image of peace in the kitchen and den, with whiskey asleep and the chinese chants playing. I am very blessed, we are all very blessed, to be in such surroundings. There is peace overall in this part of the world. Thank you lord God and Gautauma Buddha for such peace in the world is liveable and must flourish. I hope you have been satisfied by my day and also I made an effort and i did not eat meat yesterday at the restaurant. I delay cigarettes. I cut back the weed drastically. It has all been very good for me and I hope I gained some merit with these mindful choices and I dedicate this merit to the enlightenment of all  sentient beings. Om tare tuttare ture svoha
