I think I messed it up: the puff pastry touches completely the sauce in the pie- it will never cook! I had used half the size of the pie last time. So the crust was hanging above the pie, not IN the juices! Sigh. Why am I such a goof? I wasted almost 10$ worth of shrooms. And one onion. And the puff pastry. I dont know why I did not know how to make a pie anymore...

The crust is uneatable of course, uncooked as it is under the top...Damn. I am getting really dumb that i dont know how to make a hot pie anymore. Mind you, I made only one in my whole life, about a month ago. It was a success.
