It is too bad I messed up the hot pie last night...sigh. I also messed up a pavlova a week ago. What is going on?

The crows are chatting. The recycling is at the curb. My back is painful. Since yesterday morning. I will have to meditate by the forces of circumstances if I cant walk anymore!
