I am in a stable state, but a bit slow to be upbeat. Maybe Holly Cole Trio could soothe my heart and mind this morning? Oh thank god, hubby is finally out of there this morning just now!

We may have to go to Surrey to buy a  memory card...for the camera. I doubt we will get there and do it.

What to embrace today? I dedicate the merit of this quiet virtuous sober day to the enlightenement of all sentient beings and to thanking God for his generosity recentely in the last few years especially. Amen.
